Team Application Information
The 2027 Spring Cup will be held at Southern California newest state of the art facility in Ontario, CA! The tournament will be a premier level event open to U8 - U19 boys and girls. The event will be a good opportunity to tryout new players right before summer events. An event for the players!

How to Apply
Complete the online team application with your team name, club affiliation, age group, competition level, and coach or team manager’s contact information. Applications will be reviewed to help create balanced, competitive brackets. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Accepted teams will receive confirmation along with payment instructions and additional tournament information.
Before the Tournament
Accepted teams will receive instructions for roster submission, required player documentation, team check-in, tournament rules, and game schedules.
